There are so many of you I would like to Hug...

“There are so many of you I would like to hug and thank personally, but I can’t. You were so kind to my husband in so many ways and helped make his last few months bearable. Thanks for answering the phone, my questions, and his!

Love, Bette.”

“The the entire staff of Seasons Health & Rehab–How grateful I am for the competency, care, and love you showed my mother. I truly believe the care and love she received was second to none–anywhere she could have gone. From the bottom of my heart I thank you all very, very much.”

A 53-bed facility with an outstanding staff on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Seasons has been trusted by thousands since 1951.

Here are some of the reasons why.

How do the residents rate the care at Seasons?

Overall, five out of five. Details are shown in the Pinnacle Insight Customer Satisfaction report found here.

What Services do you offer?

Long- and short-term skilled nursing and rehabilitation services. Registered nurses are on duty 24/7 to administer medications and respond to any medical situations that may arise. CNAs help residents with their daily personal care and activities and assist them to get to wherever they wish to go. In-house physical, occupational and speech therapy. After surgery rehab, wound care and hospice care are also available. Click to here to learn about all Seasons services.

Do you have a room available now?

Rooms are usually available immediately but not always. Call Sarah at 435-628-1601 for current information.

How do I apply for admission?

Call Sarah at 435-628-1601 to start the process. In most cases, it is relatively simple.

Do you take Medicare and Medicaid?

Yes, and also private pay and other insurance plans.

What are the costs?

$250 per day. There are no other charges.

How do you handle the bane of many nursing homes—unpleasant odors?

We work hard at it. Visitors often comment about the clean atmosphere which we achieve by regular cleaning and by an HVAC diffuser that pumps fresh new scent into the building. Take a tour and notice the difference.

How's the food?

Our food and dining facilities are better than in most nursing facilities, according to our residents’ families. Typical daily menus can be seen here. Make an appointment to have lunch with us and decide for yourself. Call Lisa at 435-628-1601.

Are there regular entertainment and activities for the residents?

Entertainment and outings are offered on a regular basis, and many activities are held daily. We have three trained and licensed Recreational Therapists on staff to make life as interesting and enjoyable as possible for the residents.

What are the regulations regarding visitation during the pandemic?

Skilled Nursing Facility restrictions change regularly by direction of government authorities, CDC, CMS and the Utah Dept of Health. Visitation variations are determined by outbreak and by County positivity rates.  Currently, we can allow visitors into our building with a COVID screening of temperature, and questions.  Visitors can visit loved ones in their individual rooms, in the lobby or outside on our patios, Monday-Sunday, 8-5pm. Call us at 435-628-1601 with any questions regarding visitation or updates.

What’s the difference between skilled nursing homes and assisted living facilities?

Assisted living facilities require that the resident can mostly care for himself, but requiries help with medications, meals, and some assistance with getting around. Nurses are on call, but not necessarily always in the facility. It is a step between living at home and needing full-time skilled nursing care. Skilled nursing is for those who need more assistance than a family or even Assisted Living can provide. Dementia, strokes, injuries, or just living to a ripe old age can require this kind of care.

How does Seasons stack up against other nursing homes in the area?

Seasons and its able predecessors have been trusted by thousands of people in the St. George area  since 1951. The Pinnacle survey places Seasons Health and Rehab among the best in the nation. We recommend researching several facilities to know the facts.
